Abstract submission
RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Participants interested in making an oral or poster presentation are invited to submit an abstract. All abstracts will undergo review by the Abstract Review Committee, to determine which abstracts may be accepted.

15 December 2023 – ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS CLOSED
Main information
• The title of the abstract must not exceed 300 characters (including spaces)
• Authors and co-authors
• Affiliations
• The text of the abstract must not exceed 450 words and 3200 characters (including spaces), a counter will display the number of characters entered.
• The text of the abstract should be divided as follows:
– SCOPE OF WORK
– MATERIALS AND METHODS
– RESULTS
– CONCLUSIONS
• Graphics, tables and formatting other than text should be entered as images. The images must be in JPG format. Use the “select files” button to upload the image. The “trash can” image allows you to delete the file; you can repeat the process in case of errors.
Important:
1. Regardless of their scientific content, contributions sent in paper format, typescripts that do not comply with the standards indicated in the online form or sent after 15 December 2023 will not be taken into consideration.
2. Once the abstract has been submitted, the Scientific Committee will have the task of selecting the contributions to be included in the Oral Presentation and Poster Discussion Sessions.
3. The Organizing Secretariat will notify the Author who submitted the abstract of the acceptance of the work, the day and time of the presentation and the eventual selection for an oral presentation by the end of February 2024.
4. The Author presenting the oral communication or the poster must be regularly registered at the Congress
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE ABSTRACT
All the information relating to the submission of the abstracts (day, time, session) will be contained in the abstract acceptance letter.
Presentation of oral communications
If an abstract is selected for an oral presentation, the presentation must have a total duration of 10 minutes (7 for the presentation and 3 for the discussion).
Poster presentation
The works accepted as posters must be displayed on the appropriate panels
The measurements of the panels are cm 70(base) by cm 90 (height).
Awards
The best oral presentation of the Oral Communication sessions and the best 3 Posters of the Poster session will be awarded a prize of 1000 euros. The selection will be made at the congress venue by the moderators of the sessions in which the works will be presented. The awarding of the prizes will take place during the closing ceremony of the Congress. Winners must be present to collect the prize of 1000 euros.
